121 - Making Dating More Inclusive

Do you often feel the dating industry does NOT get disability?

Or at the very least. you don’t see a lot of representation of disabled people? In 2022, the dating industry in the US was a $10 billion industry, expected to grow to $24 billion by 2032. Yet, it seems like people with disabilities are not included in designing apps, marketing, or just valuing diversity.

I was thrilled when I was invited to be on the Global Dating Industry podcast to discuss how the dating industry can be better at including people with disabilities. You can take a listen to the interview on this week’s Dating, Relationships, and Disability podcast.

We talk about how Radiant Abilities is helping to make dating easier, the challenge of sexual ableism, three ways the dating industry can be more inclusive, and the important role of confidence.
